【摘要】:ThispartofISO6336specifiesthefundamentalformulaeforuseinthedeterminationofthesurfaceloadcapacityofcylindricalgearswithinvoluteexternalorinternalteeth.Itincludesformulaeforallinfluencesonsurfacedurabilityforwhichquantitativeassessmentscanbemade.Itappliesprimarilytooil-lubricatedtransmissions,butcanalsobeusedtoobtainapproximatevaluesfor(slow-running)grease-lubricatedtransmissions,aslongassufficientlubricantispresentinthemeshatalltimes.ThegivenformulaearevalidforcylindricalgearswithtoothprofilesinaccordancewiththebasicrackstandardizedinISO53.Theymayalsobeusedforteethconjugatetootherbasicrackswheretheactualtransversecontactratioislessthans^=2,5.Theresultsareingoodagreementwithothermethodsfortherange,asindicatedinthescopeofISO6336-1.Theseformulascannotbedirectlyappliedfortheassessmentoftypesofgeartoothsurfacedamagesuchasplasticyielding,scratching,scuffingoranyotherthanthatdescribedinClause4.Theloadcapacitydeterminedbywayofthepermissiblecontactstressiscalledthe"surfaceloadcapacity"or"surfacedurability".
