【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthecommonmethodologyforinspectionofairconditioningsystemsinbuildingsforspacecoolingandorheatingfromanenergyconsumptionstandpoint.Theinspectioncanconsiderforinstancethefollowingpointstoassesstheenergyperformanceandpropersizingofthesystem:?Systemconformitytotheoriginalandsubsequentdesignmodifications,actualrequirementsandthepresentstateofthebuilding.?Correctsystemfunctioning.?Functionandsettingsofvariouscontrols.?Functionandfittingofthevariouscomponents.?Powerinputandtheresultingenergyoutput.Itisnotintendedthatafullauditoftheairconditioningsystemiscarriedout,butacorrectassessmentofitsfunctioningandmainimpactsonenergyconsumption,andasaresultdetermineanyrecommendationsonimprovementofthesystemoruseofalternativesolutions.Nationalregulationsandguidelinestargetingenergyefficiencyandinlinewiththemainobjectivesofthisstandardarealsoapplicable.NOTEProvisionofadequateventilationandsystembalancingaredealtwithinEN15239.Thequalificationofthepersonsororganisationresponsibleforinspectionsisnotcoveredbythisstandard,buttherequirementsforinspectionsarecovered.Thefrequencyofthemandatoryinspectionisdefinedonnationallevel.FeaturesaffectingthefrequencyanddurationofinspectionareintroducedinAnnexC.
