【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingtheeffectivenessoffungistaticcompoundsinprotectingsusceptibleingredientslikeplasticizers,stabilizers,etc.,inplasticsformulations.Themethoddemonstrateswhetherornotaplasticproductisactivelyprotectedagainstfungalattack.Theevaluationisbyvisualexamination.Thetestisapplicabletoanyarticlesmadeofplasticthatareintheformoffilmsorplatesnothickerthan10mm.Inaddition,porousmaterialssuchasplasticfoamsmaybetestedprovidedthattheyareintheabove-mentionedform.IncontrasttoISO846,thetestfilmsarenotsprayedwithafungalsporesuspensionbutcoveredwithalayeroftestagarcontainingspores.Ithasbeenfoundthatthisleadstoabetterdistributionofthesporesaswellasprovidingagoodsupplyofwaternecessaryforsporegerminationonplasticsurfacesthatarenormallyhydrophobic.
