【摘要】:ThescopeofthisStandardpertainstotheperformanceevaluationofarticulatedarmcoordinatemeasuringmachines.Whileanynumberofrotationaljointscanbeevaluated,theStandardfocusesonthemorecommonconfigurationscommerciallyavailabletodayandislimitedtosevenjoints.TheStandardaddressespurelymanualmachines,sonomotorizedaxesareaddressedinthecurrentdocument.Whiletheapplicationofthisclassofmeasuringmachinecontinuestogrow,atthispointintimeonlycontactprobesareconsideredandopticalnoncontactprobesarespecificallyexcluded.ThisStandardestablishesrequirementsandmethodsforspecifyingandtestingtheperformanceofAACMMs.InadditiontoclarifyingtheperformanceevaluationofAACMMs,thisStandardseekstofacilitateperformancecomparisonsamongmachinesbyunifyingterminology,generalmachineclassification,thetreatmentofenvironmentaleffects,anddataanalysis.ThisStandardattemptsmentranges,androtaryaxisencoderresolution.Environmentalspecificationincludesthermalresponse,electricalrequirements,andvibrationsensitivity.Machineperformancespecificationincludeseffectivediametertest,single-pointarticulationperformance,andvolumetricperformancetests.
