【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresfordeterminingthebleedingcharacteristicsofdrypigmentsbydirectsolventextractionofthepigmentandbyoverstripingafilmwithawhitecoatingandobservingforthecolormigrationfromthebasecoatcontainingthepigment.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
