【摘要】:ISO/TS10303-1625:2006specifiestheapplicationmoduleforAP210packagedpartwhiteboxmodel.ISO/TS10303-1625:2006specifiesanapplicationmodulefortherepresentationofdiscretepartsusingawhiteboxmodelformechanicalanalysispurposes.ISO/TS10303-1625:2006supportsthefollowinginformation:adevicemodel,packagedata,functionaldata,environmentalconstraints,performancedata,simulationmodels.Assemblyarrangementofdevicesincludedinthepackagetocomposethepackagedpartisexplicltyprovided.Mappingofanalysismodelconnectionpointstopackageterminalsisprovided.Formalencapsulationofexternaldatatypedefinitionsismadeforparametricdataandanalysismodels.Pinmappingisprovidedtoensureconsistencybetweenviews.Shape,material,technology,toleranceonshapeandonparameters,andunitsareincluded.Shapesincludedmaybecategorizedaccordingtodiscipline(e.g.thermalanalysis,vibrationanalysis),andanalysisenvironment(e.g.design,assembly,end-user).Geometricdimensioningandtolerancingisincluded.Thefunctionaldataincludestwodistinctdatasets:ahierarchicalfunctionaldecompositionintobehaviouralelementsembeddedinanetworkrepresentedateachlevelbyanodalformulation;andacollectionofdeviceterminals(e.g.connectorterminals,printedcircuitboardinterfaceareas,jumperends)thatimplementthefunctionalityofanetworknode.Configurationmanagementinformationanddesignchangemanagementinformationisprovided.Thisdataincludesatleastonegeometricrepresentation.Internalphysicalwiringinformationisnotprovided,precludingusingthemoduleformanufacturingpurposes.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofISO/TS10303-1625:2006:piecepartthermalanalysismodel;piecepartvibrationanalysismodel;piecepartfunctionalnetworkanalysismodel.
