【摘要】:Thisdocumentisapplicabletocombinedboothsfortheapplicationoforganicliquidcoatingmaterialsbyanoperatorwithmaximumdryingtemperatureof100°Canddealswithallhazardssignificantforcombinedbooths,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Totheextentofthisdocument,acombinedboothisconsideredanassemblyofthefollowingequipment:?forcedventilationbyoneormorefans,?ventilationairheatingsystem(e.g.heatexchangerorburner),?powerdrivendampers,forcedventilationducting,?dryairfilteringand/orwetairwashingsystems,?automaticfireextinguishingequipmentandadditionalspecificelectricalequipment,?controlandpowercircuitsjoinedtogetherforthesprayinganddryingprocessofliquidcoatingmaterialinaspacetotallyenclosedprovidedwithforcedventilation.?workingpit,inspecialcase.Thisdocumentdoesnotcover:a)boothsforautomaticspraying,powderspraybooths,openbooths,andportableheaters.b)designofthebuildingfoundationsuponwhichaboothisinstalled;c)thecivilengineeringandbuildingdesignwhereaboothisconstructedas,ortousepartof,aneworexistingbuilding;d)sprayingequipment(seeEN1953),automaticdevicesforsprayingsystemslikerobots(seeEN775)orreciprocatorsorsimilarsystems,conveyors,liftsandcontinuoushandlingequipmentandsystems(seeEN619).ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletocombinedboothswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoquantifyandcomparetheinsulationprovidedbydifferentclothingsystems.Forexample,variationsinthedesignandfabricusedincomponentgarmentscanbeevaluated.Theeffectsofgarmentlayering,closure,andfitcanbemeasuredforclothingensembles.Theinsulationvaluesforensemblescanbeusedinmodelsthatpredictthephysiologicalresponsesofpeopleindifferentenvironmentalconditions.Themeasurementoftheinsulationprovidedbyclothingiscomplexanddependentontheapparatusandtechniquesused.Itisnotpracticalinatestmethodofthisscopetoestablishdetailssufficienttocoverallcontingencies.Departuresfromtheinstructionsinthistestmethodhavethepotentialtoleadtosignificantlydifferenttestresults.Technicalknowledgeconcerningthetheoryofheattransfer,temperature,andairmotionmeasurement,andtestingpracticesisneededtoevaluatewhichdeparturesfromtheinstructionsgiveninthistestmethodaresignificant.Standardizationofthemethodreduces,butdoesnoteliminate,theneedforsuchtechnicalknowledge.Reportanydepartureswiththeresults.ReporttheinsulationvaluesinSIunitsorclounitsasstandardprocedure.ConversionfactorstootherunitsaregiveninTestMethodD1518.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheinsulationvalueofclothingensembles.Itdescribesthemeasurementoftheresistancetodryheattransferfromaheatedmanikintoarelativelycalm,coolenvironment.1.1.1Thisisastatictestthatprovidesabaselineclothingmeasurementonastandingmanikin.1.1.2Theeffectsofbodypositionandmovementarenotaddressedinthistestmethod.1.2Theinsulationvaluesobtainedapplyonlytotheparticularensemblesevaluatedandforthespecifiedenvironmentalconditionsofeachtest,particularlywithrespecttoairmovement.1.3ThevaluesstatedineithercloorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.1.4TheevaporativeresistanceofaclothingensemblecanbemeasuredinaccordancewithTestMethodF2370.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
