【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR8550givesgeneralguidanceontheselectionofanacceptancesamplingsystem,schemeorplan.Itdoesthisprincipallyinthecontextofstandardsthateitheralreadyexistorarepresentlyunderdevelopment.(Formoredetailedinformationaboutspecificacceptancesamplingsystems,seeISO/TR8550-2forsamplingbyattributesorISO/TR8550-3forsamplingbyvariables.)TheguidanceinthispartofISO/TR8550isconfinedtoacceptancesamplingofproductsthataresuppliedinlotsandthatcanbeclassifiedasconsistingofdiscreteitems(i.e.discretearticlesofproduct).Itisassumedthateachiteminalotcanbeidentifiedandsegregatedfromtheotheritemsinthelotandhasanequalchanceofbeingincludedinthesample.Eachitemofproductiscountableandhasspecificcharacteristicsthataremeasurableorclassifiableasbeingconformingornonconforming(toagivenproductspecification).Standardsonacceptancesamplingaretypicallygeneric,asaresultofwhichtheycanbeappliedtoawidevarietyofinspectionsituations.Theseinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:a)enditems,suchascompleteproductsorsub-assemblies;b)componentsandrawmaterials;c)services;d)materialsinprocess;e)suppliesinstorage;f)maintenanceoperations;g)dataorrecords;h)administrativeprocedures.AlthoughthispartofISO/TR8550iswrittenprincipallyintermsofmanufactureandproduction,thisshouldbeinterpretedliberally,asitisapplicabletotheselectionofsamplingsystems,schemesandplansforalltypesofproductsandprocessesasdefinedinISO9000.
