【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforthefollowingnon-fixedloadliftingattachmentsforcranes,hoistsandmanuallycontrolledloadmanipulatingdevices:--plateclamps;--vacuumlifters;--selfpriming,--non-selfpriming(pump,venturi,turbine);--electricliftingmagnets(batteryfedandmain-fed);--permanentliftingmagnets;--electro-permanentliftingmagnets;--liftingbeams;--C-hooks;--liftingforks;--clamps;definedinclause3.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytheadditionalrequirementsfor:--nonfixedloadliftingattachmentsindirectcontactwithfoodstuffsorpharmaceuticalsrequiringahighlevelofcleanlinessforhygienereasons;--hazardsresultingfromhandlingspecifichazardousmaterials(e.g.explosives,hotmoltenmasses,radiatingmaterials);--hazardscausedbyoperationinanexplosiveatmosphere;--hazardscausedbynoise;--electricalhazards;--hazardsduetohydraulicandpneumaticcomponents.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsrelatedtomechanicalstrengthofstructuralelementsofattachmentsdesignedformorethan20000liftingcycles.NOTEThecoefficientofutilizationspecifiedinclause5.1.1ensuresthatnofatigueverificationisneededforlessthan20000cycles.Thisisinaccordancewiththewellacceptedcalculationcodese.g.FEM1001.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverattachmentsintendedtoliftabovepeople.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverslings,ladles,expandingmandrels,buckets,grabs,orgrabbuckets.ThehazardscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareidentifiedinclause4.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtotheliftingofpersons.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletonon-fixedloadliftingattachmentswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandard.
