【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofslicingmachineswhicharefittedwithpowerdrivencircularcuttingbladeofmorethan150mmindiameter,withareciprocatingfeedcarriageandaretransportable.Thesetypesofslicingmachinesareintendedtobeusedinshops,restaurants,supermarkets,canteensetc.Industrialslicersareexcluded.Theyarenormallyusedinmeatandsausageprocessingplants;theyarenotintendedtobetransportableandarepermanentlyplacedinposition.Itcoversallsignificanthazardsatsuchmachines,asidentifiedbyriskassessment(seeEN1050),whicharelistedinclause4ofthisstandard.Itapplieswhensuchmachinesareoperatedundertheintendeduseasdefinedin3.12ofEN292-l:1991andstatedintheinstructionhandbook(see7.2),includedcleaning,dismantlingofremovablepartsandchangingtheblade.NOTEIfthemachineisnotusedundertheaboveconditions,themanufacturershould,wheninformedofsuchasituation,checkbyanewriskanalysisthatthepreventativemeasuresremainvalid.Noiseandvibrationarenotconsideredtobesignificanthazardsforthesemachines.2ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthefollowingtypesofslicingmachines:—horizontalfeedslicers(manual:seeFigure1;orautomatic:seeFigure13);—gravityfeedslicers(manual:seeFigure2;orautomatic).Slicingmachinesconsistofabase,ablade,abladecover,abladeguard,abladesharpener,agaugeplate(aguardplateforautomaticslicers),aproductholder,areciprocatingcarriage,aproductpusherandelectricalcontrolcomponents.Slicingmachinescanbeequippedwitha:—clampingdevice;—stacker;—dischargeconveyor.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
